A leading music education provider seeks a Music Teacher Area Manager to oversee a team of music teachers in South Central England. This full-time position involves managing high-quality lessons, providing support and training, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a passion for music education, and the ability to travel extensively.
Position: Music Teacher Area Manager
Salary: £30,000pa
Location: Travel to areas in South Central (Berkshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex) You must have a car and a full UK driving license to be considered for this role
Start date: September 2025
The Opportunity
An opportunity to support and work with a passionate and determined team of music teachers. You will be responsible for the support and ongoing training of a team of up to 12 band coaches. You will ensure individuals are delivering high-quality lessons in schools whilst also being their first point of contact for any issues that may arise.
