Job Description

As a Full-Time Music Teacher, you will inspire and educate students in music theory, history, and performance. Responsibilities include planning engaging lessons, assessing progress, and fostering a supportive environment for musical expression and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive music curriculum aligned with national standards and best practices.
  2. Plan and deliver lessons tailored to diverse student needs and learning styles.
  3. Provide feedback and guidance to support musical development.
  4. Organize musical performances, concerts, and recitals.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues and parents for holistic student development.
  6. Stay updated on music education advancements and incorporate innovative methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching students of various ages and skills.
  • Proficiency in playing musical instruments and understanding of music theory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
