A vibrant school is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Music Teacher to join their dynamic team. Duties as Music Teacher:

1. Plan and deliver engaging music lessons in line with the National Curriculum, covering both practical and theoretical elements.
2. Foster a love for music and creativity across all age groups, encouraging student participation in performances and projects.
3. Develop students’ skills in a variety of instruments, voice, and music theory.
4. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance musical development.
5. Organise and lead music-related extracurricular activities, such as choirs, bands, and school performances.
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to integrate music into other areas of the curriculum.
7. Contribute to the wider school community through music events, concerts, and collaborations.

Ideal Music Teacher:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Music or a related field.
2. Experience teaching music at secondary level (Key Stage 3 and 4).
3. A strong passion for music and a creative approach to teaching.
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills as a Music Teacher.
5. A commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging environment for all students.
