Studio Assistant - Wembley & Notting Hill

Pirate is hiring for the role of Studio Assistant, ideal for someone passionate about music and eager to enter the music industry. Your role will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of our studios, ensuring smooth running and a positive experience for artists.

This is a 16-hour contract covering weekdays and weekends, suitable for someone seeking flexible working hours. You will split your time between our Wembley and Notting Hill studios.

Responsibilities include:

  • Resetting studios between sessions to ensure readiness for artists
  • Proactively testing equipment to identify issues early
  • Working with customer service to escalate issues needing attention or repair
  • Providing excellent customer service as the on-site face of Pirate
  • Collaborating with teams like customer service and marketing to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining organized and safe staff areas to promote a positive work environment
  • Ensuring availability of spare equipment for customers

Ideal candidate:

  • Loves helping artists and providing excellent service
  • Has experience repairing and maintaining musical equipment
  • Is flexible and reliable
  • Can work well independently and in a team
  • Has a proactive, can-do attitude and is willing to get involved

What we offer:
