Job summary

PPL is seeking a Distribution Business Planner (Music Royalties) to support planning, coordination and governance of the annual distribution activity in a hybrid London role. You’ll help keep plans, milestones and decisions clearly tracked and aligned across multiple teams.

You will work with stakeholders, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement while delivering accurate royalties processes.

Qualifications

• Experience of project planning, scheduling and timeline management.
• Experience coordinating complex projects or operational workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Clear communication skills with stakeholders at different levels.
• Ability to identify risks and issues and work proactively to resolve them.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
• Experience using project planning, workflow or project management tools would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and governance of annual distribution activity.
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs and dependency trackers.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and monitor progress against milestones and deadlines.
• Identify and elevate risks, issues, bottlenecks and changes that may affect delivery.
• Facilitate planning meetings, capture actions and follow up with owners.
• Support resource and capacity planning across competing priorities.
• Maintain planning documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
