Job summary

Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager (Music) to lead the growth of our Music Publishing and Audio-Visual Services activities. This key leadership role requires substantial experience in the commercial music publishing industry, with strong knowledge of publishing, copyright, licensing and catalogue development.

• Significant experience in commercial music publishing, including catalogue development, copyright and licensing.
• Proven track record of growing music publishing revenues and building industry partnerships.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with composers, arrangers, conductors and other stakeholders.
• Strategic, commercially minded leader with excellent communication and results delivery.

• Identify and develop opportunities to grow SATCoL's music publishing catalogue and revenue streams.
• Lead the Music Publishing and Audio-Visual Services teams and partnerships.
