Job summary

Marsden Heights Community College is seeking a Head of Expressive Arts - Music Specialism to lead and develop the Expressive Arts department, with a focus on Music. You will deliver high-quality lessons, support pupil progress and work with colleagues to shape school culture and student outcomes.

You will be an experienced teacher with QTS and a track record of delivering good to outstanding lessons, plus a willingness to develop as a middle leader.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status.
• Experience delivering high quality Expressive Arts or Music lessons.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
