Job summary

AEI Music Ltd is seeking a Distribution Manager to oversee the day-to-day distribution of all releases to DSPs, ensuring metadata accuracy and delivery standards across the full catalogue. You will pitch new music to DSP partners, manage rights and conflicts, and collaborate with AEI's label and artist partners on how music appears on platforms.

Strong data administration and process-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have deep knowledge of the digital distribution supply chain and metadata requirements.
• Understanding of DSPs, territories, and how music appears on platforms.
• Knowledge of music licensing, rights, and conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day distribution of releases to DSPs with accurate metadata and delivery checks.
• Pitch new music to DSP partners (Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, Amazon, Deezer) and oversee Ad Credit pitches.
• Oversee rights ownership and conflicts across DSPs, and liaise with labels and artists on data quality.
• Set up new rightsholders in AEI's platform and ensure correct DSP label/artist profiles.
