Job summary

HNR Construction LTD in London is seeking a Multi Trader to work across social housing maintenance and void refurbishments. The role is labour-only and paid per job, with rates set by scope of works.

Applicants should have a proven multi-trade background, a full UK driving licence, and own van. CSCS card and asbestos awareness are preferred. Schedule: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Oxgate Lane NW2 7HJ.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing maintenance or voids refurbishment.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own van required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication, reliability and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and refurbishment tasks across void properties.
• Bathroom and kitchen installations and repairs.
• Carpentry, plumbing, tiling and finishing works.
• External repairs such as fencing, concrete repairs and rendering.
• Identify and report additional works as needed.
• Complete jobs to specified timescales.
• Holds CSCS card and asbestos awareness where applicable.
