Job summary

Straight Forward Recruitment Ltd are seeking a number of reliable and motivated Multiskilled Warehouse Operatives to join our client's fast-paced team in Snetterton. The role involves picking, packing, loading/unloading, and maintaining accurate inventory in ambient and freezer environments.

You will use scanners or SAP for stock accuracy, with shifts 14:00-00:00, Sunday to Thursday (or 17:00-03:00 on the same days).

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Strong IT, numeracy, and literacy skills.
• Able to lift up to 15kg repeatedly and maneuver pallets up to 600kg.
• Own transport with a valid driving licence is essential.
• Flexible approach to shifts and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using scanners or paperwork.
• Load and unload vehicles safely.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory accuracy using SAP or similar systems.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality.
