Job description

BTS, part of Wayland Farms Ltd, is recruiting for a Multiskilled Technician.

Job description: Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Repairing and servicing equipment and buildings on company and associated farms, including Watton workshops.
• Maintaining and expanding the company’s indoor and outdoor pig units. This includes, but is not limited to: brick & blockwork, shuttering carpentry (first & second fix), groundworks, plumbing, welding, fitting, basic fabrication, forklift, teleporter, and tractor driving.
• Ensuring all vehicles used by the company are kept in roadworthy condition and reporting any damage.
• Salary – £DOE
• Shift pattern: Monday to Friday with alternate weekend work, totaling 45 hours per week.
• Pension scheme: 3% employer contributions / 5% employee contributions.
