Job summary

Holt Recruitment Group is seeking a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician in the Morden area. The role involves carrying out a range of bodyshop tasks and working in a busy Accident Repair Centre, with a pay rate up to £24 per hour plus bonus.

You will handle paint spraying, panel beating, strip and fit, ensuring repairs meet factory specs and customer satisfaction while planning parts and work to keep vehicles ready when promised.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience as an automotive Panel / MET / Paint.
• ATA/NVQ certification is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in Paint Spraying is required.
• Panel Beating / Strip and Fit skills expected.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Highly organised with flexible working patterns.

Responsibilities

• Carry out various tasks within the Bodyshop environment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced Accident Repair Centre.

I am currently working with a highly efficient and well-equipped Bodyshop who are looking to add a qualified Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician to their busy site in Morden area.

Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician roles and responsibilities

• Carrying out a variety of aspects within a Bodyshop
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced Accident Repair Centre
• Paint Spraying, Panel Beating / Strip and Fit
• Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
• Planning work and ordering parts to ensure vehicles are ready when promised.

Skills and experience required as a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician
