Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician for a reputable facility in Mitcham. The successful candidate will perform comprehensive vehicle repairs across Mechanical, Electrical, Trim, Panel Beating and Paint Spraying in a busy crash repair workshop.

Offering a competitive hourly rate up to £24, with OTE exceeding £60,000 annually, 45-hour weeks, 23+ days holiday, pension and life assurance, and employee discounts through ZIGUP.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified or time-served in core bodyshop disciplines such as Panel Beating, Paint Spraying, and MET/Auto Electrician work.
• Hold a full UK/EU driving licence with clean or acceptable endorsements.
• Demonstrate experience in a busy repair workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform full vehicle repairs across MET disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Trim).
• Provide mobile technician services as required.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship within designated timeframes.

Duties of the Bodyshop Technician:

• Conducting full vehicle repairs across multiple disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, Trim (MET), Panel Beating, and Paint Spraying.
• Providing mobile technician services as required.
• Ensuring all work is completed to high standards within designated timeframes as theBodyshop Technician.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintaining accurate documentation for all repairs and services.
• Complying with industry standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements of the Bodyshop Technician:
