Job summary

Holt Recruitment Group is seeking a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician for a busy site in Milton Keynes. The role involves carrying out a variety of bodyshop tasks, including paint spraying and panel beating, working to factory specifications and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The position requires 3+ years in automotive Panel, MET, or Paint, with advantageous ATA/NVQ certification. A fast, accurate, and highly organized approach is essential, with opportunity for an uncapped monthly bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as automotive Panel / MET / Paint.
• ATA/NVQ certification is advantageous.
• Experience in Paint Spraying.
• Panel Beating / Strip and Fit.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out various tasks within a Bodyshop.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced Accident Repair Centre.
• Perform Paint Spraying, Panel Beating, Strip and Fit.
• Follow repair techniques and ensure work meets factory specs and customer satisfaction.
• Plan work and order parts to ensure vehicles are ready when promised.

I am currently working with a highly efficient and well-equipped Bodyshop who are looking to add a qualified Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician to their busy site in Milton Keynes area.

Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician roles and responsibilities:

• Carrying out a variety of aspects within a Bodyshop
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced Accident Repair Centre
• Paint Spraying, Panel Beating / Strip and Fit
• Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
• Planning work and ordering parts to ensure vehicles are ready when promised.

Skills and experience required as a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician:

• At least 3 years experience as an automotive Panel / MET / Paint
• ATA/ NVQ certification is advantageous but not essential
• Experience in Paint Spraying
• Panel Beating / Strip and Fit
• Strong attention to detail
• A fast and accurate worker
• Highly organised with a flexible approach to working patterns
