Role Responsibilities

As a multi-skilled team member, you should:

  • Be capable of multitasking and maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Be flexible and ready to assist throughout the guest's stay, including check-in, check-out, and other interactions
  • Support Food and Beverage outlets, including Breakfast, Bar, Lunch, and Dinner services
  • Assist Reservations and Back Office Teams as needed
  • Be dedicated to continuously improving hotel service quality
Qualifications & Skills

Training will be provided in all front-of-house functions and safety protocols. Fluency in English is essential to effectively welcome and care for guests.
