Equity House London Limited is seeking a reliable Maintenance Operative to join our growing property maintenance team, ensuring tenants have safe, clean, and well-maintained homes within our North London properties.

You will perform general repairs across flats and communal areas, undertake plumbing, painting, decorating, carpentry, and electrical tasks, respond to maintenance requests promptly, inspect for issues, liaise with residents and contractors, and keep precise records of work and

• Experience in property or building maintenance.
• Practical repairs, painting, plumbing, or basic electrical work.
• Proactive, organised, and problem-solving.

Mansioni

• Carry out general repairs and maintenance across residential flats and communal areas
• Undertake basic plumbing, electrical, painting, decorating, carpentry, and handyman tasks
• Respond to maintenance requests efficiently and professionally
• Inspect properties and identify repairs or potential issues
• Liaise respectfully with residents, contractors, and the property management team
• Keep accurate records of completed work and materials used
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety requirements
