Job summary

Gilmartins in Buckinghamshire is recruiting Elite Operatives to join our expanding trade team. This full-time role focuses on multi-trade plumbing in social housing reactive maintenance, with a target £50,000 basic salary and stable local work across High Wycombe, Marlow, Princes Risborough and surrounding areas.

We seek highly performing operatives who take pride in delivering quality work, communicate effectively with tenants and office teams, and can work independently from start to finish

Qualifications

• Proven experience within social housing reactive maintenance.
• Full manual driving licence – no automatic vans available.
• Experience working in occupied properties.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
• Relevant trade qualifications where applicable.

Experience Required For The Miltiskilled Plumbers

• Proven experience within social housing reactive maintenance
• Relevant trade qualifications where applicable
