What does a Body Repair Multiskilled Panel Technician do?
Our Solus Aviva Panel Technicians are skilled in the preparation, repair, or replacement of vehicle body panels and chassis. Using their expert judgment, they determine the best course of action for each individual case. Utilizing the latest tools and technology, our Panel Technicians restore vehicles to factory standards after an accident.
Our Panel Technicians take pride in their work and are passionate about helping our customers recover after an accident. Every day offers new challenges at Solus, and the role is vital to customer satisfaction and the ongoing success of our company.
As a Solus Multiskilled Technician, you will also have the opportunity to study Paint or Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) as a second discipline, making you an elite member of the Solus team.

Who is the Training Provider?
Our training is conducted in partnership with Thatcham Research, the UK organization responsible for developing repair technologies and setting industry standards. Their fully equipped and modern Repair Technology Centre produces a wide range of vehicle repair data used by the automotive industry to facilitate safe and effective repairs, including for electrification and driverless vehicle technologies.
