Job summary

AutoSkills (United Kingdom) in Park Royal, London is hiring a Multiskilled Panel Beater with MET experience to carry out vehicle body repairs and MET work.

This full-time role offers a basic salary of £45,000 to £65,000+ DOE, with Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:30pm. You will assess damage, repair panels and remove/refit mechanical, electrical and trim components.

Join a varied technical role within the automotive accident repair sector and contribute across different stages of the repair process.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ / IMI / SVQ / ATA).
• MET training or equivalent experience.
• Experience as Panel Beater / Panel Technician with cross-discipline MES skills.
• Ability to remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components.

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage and identify required repairs.
• Repair, reshape and replace damaged body panels.
• Remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components.
• Carry out vehicle strip-down and reassembly work.
• Ensure panel alignment and finish meet standards.
• Communicate additional repair requirements as needed.
