Job summary

Converge UK in Stafford is seeking an Operations Operative to support Production, Warehouse, and Logistics. You will help ensure builds, tests, packing and shipping meet quality standards, while supporting stock control and ERP processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and report discrepancies on deliveries.
• Accurately pick products and update ERP stock in real time.
• Assemble products to specifications and follow ESd procedures.
• Test, diagnose and repair equipment; record serial numbers.
• Package products securely and ensure accurate dispatch.
• Maintain stock records and support inventory checks.
• Operate forklift trucks where authorised.
