Job summary

Stafforce Recruitment is assisting a Rotherham-based manufacturing business to recruit a Maintenance Technician to support site and machinery maintenance. The role covers planned maintenance, quick response to breakdowns, and ensuring accurate records are kept.

The ideal candidate will have multi-skilled maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical), be comfortable with reading technical blueprints, and able to work safely at heights and in confined spaces.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical).
• Able to read technical blueprints and maintenance guides.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across production machinery and site.
• Respond quickly to machinery breakdowns and restore production.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Work with management to identify urgent maintenance needs or improvements.
• Ensure work is carried out safely and in line with SOPs.
