Meridian Business Support Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Electrical/Mechanical) for a 3-shift pattern (earlies, lates, nights) to maintain and repair production and engineering machinery. You will join a skilled team reporting to the Maintenance Manager and perform fault finding, fabrication and some minor electrical work.

Successful candidates will have a time-served apprenticeship (or Level 3) and proven multiskilled capabilities across electrical and mechanical systems, with strong

Qualifications

• Time-served apprenticeship with a minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated multiskilled proficiency in industrial electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams and troubleshoot control panels.

Responsabilités

• Minimise production downtime by troubleshooting breakdowns and preventing recurrences.
• Work with electrical and mechanical drawings; fault finding and modification of plant and equipment.
• Carry out preventative/planned maintenance using a Maintenance Management System.
