Job summary

Audrey Villages is seeking a Maintenance Operative to perform a range of general and grounds maintenance and support the Facilities Manager in daily upkeep to uphold the high standards our owners expect.

The ideal candidate will have pool plant operations experience and may bring electrics, joinery or plumbing skills; strong knowledge of health & safety practices; and a flexible, team-oriented, multi-trader approach to work.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool plant operations is essential.
• Electrical, joinery or plumbing skills are advantageous.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations (COSHH, etc.) is required.
• Multi-trader capabilities and problem solving are preferred.

• Maintain general and grounds maintenance to a consistently high standard and assist the Facilities Manager with daily upkeep.
