Audley Villages is seeking a Maintenance Operative to perform general and grounds maintenance and assist the Facilities Manager to uphold high standards across our villages.

You should bring experience in pool plant operations and a practical knowledge of electrical, joinery or plumbing works; familiarity with Health & Safety rules (COSHH, RIDDOR) is valued. We value team players who can work independently and deliver warm, professional service to residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool plant operations is essential.
• Electrical, joinery or plumbing experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations (COSHH, RIDDOR) is important.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of general and ground maintenance duties to a consistently high level and assist the Facilities Manager with daily maintenance to meet the standards required by owners and the business.
