Job summary

Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment seeks a Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias to join a forward-thinking recycling facility in Wrexham. Training on electrical tasks is provided; role involves heavy machinery such as cranes, furnaces, hydraulics, and filtration plants.

You will perform planned maintenance and reactive tasks, sourcing parts and using SAP Fiori for job management. The position includes a competitive benefits package and shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Mechanical fault-finding skills with practical pneumatics, hydraulics, motion control.
• Good English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Good basic numeracy and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical and mechanical planned maintenance tasks without supervision.
• Complete reactive/corrective actions returning equipment to standard output and waste levels.
• Source parts from suppliers and arrange parts through administration.
• Conduct continuous machine observation and measurement to identify issues.
• Contribute to TPM by developing preventative tasks and improvement projects.
• Ensure operation of machinery by preventive and reactive maintenance activities.
• Regular use of digital tools including Microsoft Office and CMMS; interpret HMIs for fault finding.
• Use SAP Fiori to manage job requests and record findings.
