Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a manufacturing site in Leverington. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role offers training and personal development within a stable business and a Panama Days & Nights shift pattern, with a £50,000 basic salary. You will work in a team-focused environment with opportunities for long-term progression.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering qualification is required.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing, production or FMCG.
• Ability to work Panama Days & Nights.
• Strong fault-finding skills on production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Perform reactive breakdown maintenance on production equipment.
• Read engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisations.
