Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer based in Hull. Apprentice trained or NVQ Level 3 qualification required, with a focus on complying with safety policies and engineering standards.

The role involves carrying out planned and remedial maintenance, supporting the Engineering Manager, and driving improvements to reduce downtime and waste. Night shifts run Monday to Friday, with compensation up to £48,984 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Apprentice trained or NVQ Level 3 in maintenance engineering.
• Experience in an engineering environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Engineering specifications, EH&S policies and current legislation.
• Assist with implementation plans to deliver strategy with milestones and targets.
• Complete workload with Engineering Manager and Operations.
• Ensure plant and equipment downtime is minimized and maintenance is logged as scheduled.
• Undertake planned and remedial maintenance as instructed by the Engineering Manager.
