Major Talent is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer for a busy food manufacturing operation. You will keep production running safely and efficiently, fault-find, perform preventative maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement.

The role offers permanent day or night shifts with no rotation, and involves maintenance across conveyors, packaging and processing equipment while supporting new machinery projects and site improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified hands-on maintenance engineer in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and repair a range of production equipment including conveyors and packaging machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, and perform planned preventative maintenance.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and site projects.
• Supervise third-party contractors and assist audits and risk assessments.
