Job summary

The Collective Network Limited is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer in Lincolnshire to join a fast-paced FMCG environment, with responsibility for planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery.

You will diagnose faults, implement solutions to minimise downtime, and support production to ensure optimal performance. The role requires an NVQ Level 3/HNC/City & Guilds and 18th Edition certification.

Qualifications

• Time-served apprenticeship or recognised engineering qualification.
• Proven experience in FMCG or food manufacturing environments.
• Skilled in mechanical and electrical maintenance and fault finding.
• 18th Edition Electrical Certification (essential).
• IOSH Managing Safely (desirable).
• PLC fault-finding experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery.
• Diagnose faults and implement solutions to minimise downtime.
• Support production by ensuring machinery operates at optimal performance.
• Document maintenance activity for compliance and audits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to boost plant efficiency and reliability.
