Pioneer Selection is recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in South Kirkby. The role involves electrical and mechanical fault-finding, breakdown response, and supporting ongoing improvements on factory machinery.

The successful candidate will have an engineering qualification, hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, and exposure to PLC fault finding. The position offers days and nights shifts on a 12-hour pattern and a salary of around £50,000.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns and perform repair work to restore production.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance across site machinery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on equipment reliability.
