Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias for a manufacturing facility near Thetford, Norfolk. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance across production equipment, with planned, reactive and preventive tasks.

Initially on a Monday–Friday 3‑shift rota, this will transition to a 4 on 4 off pattern as the team grows. Offering £50,000–£55,000 plus overtime, training and progression opportunities, the company values staff development

Are you a multiskilled maintenance engineer with a background in manufacturing? Due to continued growth, my client is looking for maintenance engineers to join the team at their state of the art facility near Thetford. The business have invested heavily into this facility and are expanding at a rapid rate, they want to attract the best talent in the industry to support with this exciting growth period. On offer is an amazing opportunity for an Engineer looking to gain skills and experience within a manufacturing business that is one of the largest in the industry. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of production machinery, this role offers lots of day-to-day variety that will see you carry out the planned, preventative and reactive maintenance within the plant. The team do plan on moving shifts once the team have recruited for these positions and will transition into a 4on, 4off.
