Job summary

ALPLA UK Ltd in Aylesbury is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure continuous production. You will perform breakdown and preventative maintenance, repair machines, and keep accurate maintenance records.

The role requires manufacturing experience and a multi-skilled background, with NVQ Level 3. The position offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, development opportunities, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/Production experience is essential.
• Multi-skilled maintenance experience is required.
• Experience in plastics/packaging industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment operates efficiently for continuous production.
• Carry out repairs during breakdowns and via preventative maintenance.
• Complete maintenance logs and paperwork accurately.
• Adhere to quality, hygiene and food safety policies.
• Perform additional duties as required by supervision.
