Yolk Recruitment is supporting a world-leading manufacturer near Ebbw Vale in their search for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer. The role operates on a 4-day working week within a fast-paced production environment, offering a strong salary and clear progression opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be time-served/apprentice-trained, with NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or HNC equivalent) and will contribute to continuous improvement across the site while maintaining

Qualifications

• Ideally NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or HNC equivalent.
• Time-served, apprentice-trained Multiskilled Engineer is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and repairing equipment in line with schedules and specifications to maximise reliability and minimise downtime.
• Testing, fault finding and repairs.
• Identifying recurring equipment issues and implementing long-term fixes through root cause analysis.
• Ensuring all tools and repair equipment are maintained and fit for purpose.
• Supporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
