Our client is a market leader within the industrial and manufacturing sector, committed to sustainable practices and specialising in recycling industrial materials to minimise environmental impact.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine machinery inspections and maintenance tasks
• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns and malfunctions
• Support the installation of new machinery and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Contribute to developing preventative maintenance strategies
• Document maintenance work for records
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimise performance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

• An electrical qualification or relevant electrical maintenance experience
• Experience working on control panels, emergency stop circuits, and 415V motors
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and work on main plant control panels
• Inspection and testing experience (2391 certification is a benefit but not essential)
• Training to the latest 18th edition wiring regulations is a plus, but not essential
• Minimum of 17th edition wiring regulations training
