Location: Liverpool, Manchester, Lancaster, Leeds, Birmingham

Working Hours: 08:00–16:30, Monday to Friday

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Overview

A new opportunity has arisen for a Multiskilled Maintenance Electrician to join the team due to a recently awarded contract. This role involves working across a variety of sites including NHS facilities, schools, care homes, and commercial offices, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance, with elements of small works and installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across a range of building services
• Perform fault finding, testing, and repairs on a variety of electrical systems
• Complete small installation works as required
• Support general building maintenance tasks when needed
• Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota (retainer provided)
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on client sites

Requirements

• Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, City & Guilds 2365, NVQ Level 3, AM2)
• Experience in building services or facilities maintenance environments
• Additional skills in basic plumbing, HVAC, or fabric maintenance are desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong diagnostic skills and a proactive work attitude
