Equans is seeking a Multiskilled Lead Technician to coordinate a team on an O&M site in Imery, Cornwall. You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance on electro‑mechanical systems, plus minor installations, ensuring safety and reliability.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will manage daily maintenance tasks, record keeping, and on‑call duties, while supporting a strong safety culture and customer‑focused service.

To undertake and coordinate the activities of the team and others in carrying out all PPM and reactive repairs as necessary.
Responsible for minor installations and maintenance of site electro‑mechanical systems including Compressed Air, Steam, Pressure, Water and Gas ensuring that all equipment within responsibility and control is correctly maintained and repaired, maximising plant operational efficiency and the safety of all other personnel at all times.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Lead Technician will help manage the day‑to‑day Operations and Planned/Reactive maintenance activities, reporting directly to the regional operations manager. The role shall have responsibility for all routine PPM’s Reactive Faults and Statutory compliance maintenance, including keeping all site documentation with regards to compliance and PPM up to date.
