Job summary

One Manchester is looking for a multi-skilled operative to join their team in Manchester. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and completing repairs across properties owned and managed by One Manchester. Successful candidates will have a trade apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 qualification, with essential skills in joinery, plumbing, plastering, and tiling. A full UK driving licence is required. The position is permanent and full-time with a shift pattern including evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ Level 2 qualification.
• Demonstrable competency in joinery with experience in plumbing, plastering and tiling.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and associated works on One Manchester properties.
• Focus on delivering excellent customer service aiming for 'Right First Time'.
• Complete maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and renewal works.
