Yorkshire Housing is seeking a Multiskilled Joiner to join our Repairs team in Wakefield and surrounding areas. The role involves carrying out a range of joinery and maintenance tasks to support social housing tenants.

The position offers a 37.5-hour week with a salary of £33,814.22 plus overtime and call-out pay, 26 days leave rising to 31, a strong pension scheme, a company van and fuel card, and access to health benefits and Perkbox discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience across a range of trade skills and repairs/maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Social housing experience is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks as part of the Repairs team.
• Work across Wakefield and surrounding areas, with occasional travel across Yorkshire.
