leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a proactive Hotel Manager to lead a 150-bedroom property on the M65 border near Hyndburn and Blackburn. You will oversee front-of-house and F&B, manage a skilled team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints.

Based in a busy hotel environment, you will drive recruitment, rota planning, duty management, and adherence to health and safety protocols, while championing brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management with team leadership.
• Ability to motivate a multi-skilled team across front-of-house and kitchen.
• Excellent guest communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on support across front-of-house and food & beverage.
• Coach and mentor guest services team and assistants.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Duty management and daily health & safety tasks.
• Manage weekly rosta and allocate resources.
• Uphold brand standards and QA across hotel.
