Moulton Bulb Co. Limited is seeking a Multi-Skilled Forklift Driver to help keep our harvest operations running smoothly. This hands-on role involves moving produce and materials on site, loading and unloading, and maintaining tidy yards and storage areas.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance forklift licence (essential).
• Good understanding of site safety and load handling.
• Physically fit and comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Confident judging distances, heights, and weights.

Responsibilities

• Operating forklifts and other machinery to move produce and materials around site
• Loading, unloading, stacking, and storing items safely
• Keeping yards, storage areas, and waste zones clean and organised
• Carrying out routine checks on equipment (oil, fuel, tyres, etc.)
• Completing basic paperwork and using scanners for product tracking
• Supporting general site maintenance and helping other departments when needed
