Job summary
Moulton Bulb Co. Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Multi-Skilled Forklift Driver to keep our harvest flow running smoothly. You will move products and materials safely, operate a range of equipment, and support other departments as needed.
The role involves working a Panama shift pattern with early starts and long shifts, plenty of hands-on activity, and opportunities to build skills across different machinery while contributing to a busy, family‑run operation.
Qualifications
- Counterbalance forklift licence (essential).
- Good understanding of site safety and load handling.
- Physically fit and comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
- Confident judging distances, heights and weights.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other machinery to move produce and materials around site.
- Load, unload, stack and store items safely.
- Keep yards, storage areas and waste zones clean and organized.
- Carry out routine checks on equipment (oil, fuel, tyres).
- Complete basic paperwork and use scanners for product tracking.
- Support general site maintenance and help other departments when needed.
