Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Oxford is seeking a Multiskilled Operative to join the facilities team at Campsfield IRC. This full-time role (40-hour week) offers a salary around £31k and supports day-to-day operations within our FM Soft Services team.

You will handle deliveries, stores, room setups, and general FM duties on site, including driving company vehicles for collections and deliveries. Training provided, with a stable, team-focused environment and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hands-on individual capable of practical work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organisational and manual handling abilities.
• Willing to learn and assist where needed.
• Basic IT skills for inventory and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support deliveries and goods inwards with accurate receipt.
• Assist with stores management, stock control and inventory tracking.
• Drive company vehicles for collections and deliveries.
• Carry out portage duties, moving equipment, supplies, and furniture.
• Set up rooms for meetings, training sessions, and operational needs.
• Provide general FM support, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
