Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Multiskilled Engineer to join the BT Workplace team in Southampton. You will maintain building systems, perform preventative tasks, and ensure safety and compliance across critical facilities.

The role requires multi-discipline technical training, health and safety knowledge, and experience in facilities management. You will be part of a team that supports 7,000 UK buildings and collaborates with helpdesk to manage planned and reactive tasks.

Qualifications

• Technical training in more than one discipline (AC, Plumbing, Mechanical, Gas, etc.).
• City & Guilds Level 3 electrical certificate required.
• Experience in facilities management or critical environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and maintain test equipment; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Keep PPE in good condition and used appropriately.
• Comply with health and safety regulations for systems like pressure, water, and gas.
