Job summary

KatKin seeks a skilled multi-skilled engineer for our Haverhill kitchen to maintain production equipment and site services. You will report to the engineering supervisor and ensure uptime across the Manufacturing Kitchen.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering, strong electromechanical skills, and a passion for fast-growing DTC food manufacturing. Shift pattern is five days with varying hours to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Engineering or Technician role in production/manufacturing.
• Strong electromechanical fault-finding ability in FMCG environments.
• Excited to build something from the ground up and work at pace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all site electrical and mechanical equipment to standards and safety rules.
• Respond to plant breakdowns with diagnostics and RCA where applicable.
• Carry out proactive PMs according to the schedule.
• Identify improvement areas and work with site team to implement.
• Support in compliance reporting and planning activities.
