Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions in Didcot, Oxfordshire, is seeking a multiskilled engineer/fitter to join a family-run manufacturing service. The role covers building, servicing and testing bespoke machinery, with exposure to mechanical and electrical builds.

The successful candidate will have electrical and mechanical fitting or maintenance experience, be comfortable travelling to customer sites, and take advantage of in-house training as the business supports a global customer base.

Multiskilled Engineer / Fitter

£40,000 - £45,000 + Training

Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Do you have multiskilled assembly and maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment? Are you looking for an exciting new role within a family run business that offers excellent variety and the chance to work on bespoke machinery?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a multiskilled fitter to join their team in Didcot, occasional travel will be required. The successful applicant will be responsible for testing, building and servicing bespoke, special purpose machinery. You will gain access to company training to enhance your skillset and will play a vital role within a small and loyal business who support manufacturing customers across the globe. The role will give you exposure to different machinery on a weekly basis, working on both mechanical & electrical builds, servicing and installs.
