HR GO Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a busy university facilities maintenance team across multiple campuses. You will help keep buildings safe, compliant and fully operational for students and staff.

You will carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on HVAC, heating, plumbing and electrical systems, keep accurate CAFM records, and participate in an out-of-hours rota. Monday-Friday on-site with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous facilities maintenance or building services experience.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and team-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Fault find and repair building services systems.
• Maintain HVAC, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Complete maintenance records using CAFM systems.
