Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Multiskilled Engineer role based in Leicester. The Multiskilled Engineer will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on refrigeration, air conditioning, and associated plant and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Day-to-day tasks include fault finding, diagnostics, and repair, as well as performing mechanical and electrical tasks such as installation, testing, adjustment, and component replacement. The role involves working with refrigerants in line with environmental and safety regulations, completing maintenance records and reports, and communicating effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments. The engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support equipment upgrades, and assist with ensuring compliance with company standards and relevant legislation.
