Multiskilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer

My client is a large facilities and maintenance company operating across various sectors in the commercial industry. They are currently seeking an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join an established team on a static site near Oxford. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Carrying out all PPMs and reactive works on site
• Ensuring all work is performed in line with task schedules and industry best practices
• Maintaining site compliance and following industry standards
• Monitoring main plant and equipment daily within buildings
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with employees and clients
• Promoting professional image and services
• Supervising subcontractors and ensuring contractual and site process compliance
• Managing the site logbook system and updating paperwork
• Overseeing CAFM and Concept systems to complete tasks within SLA
• Resolving client issues effectively without business disruption
• Participating in out-of-hours emergency call-out rota

Applicants Must Possess

• Full electrical qualification to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with AM2 if required
• 18th Edition certification
• 2391 Test and Inspection (highly desirable)
• Experience working in occupied offices
• Valid driving license
• Ability to obtain DBS clearance
