Job summary

JLL is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site duties in West Sussex. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, follow PPM schedules, use CAFM system, and produce reports while collaborating with the team and clients.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in a commercial environment, 18th Edition, electrical or mechanical apprenticeship, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure; on-site role with opportunities to contribute to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
• Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
• Have good IT and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the company’s PPM and task schedules.
• Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
• Use CAFM system and complete reports as required.
• Carry out the works requested in a professional and proactive manner on site.
• Escalate major site issues to line manager promptly.
