Qualifications

• Certification in Wiring Regulations essential.
• Experience in building maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish facilities across campuses.
• Monitor conditions of buildings and carry out repairs.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems

Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Interpersonal skills

Full, Clean Driving License
